Responsibilities

The Architectural Standards Committee is responsible for preserving the natural setting and beauty of Wexford Plantation.

Covenants

The Covenants require that the ASC review and approve designs for new home construction including landscaping, all existing home exterior renovations, additions or improvements and the removal of trees having a trunk diameter of six (6) inches or more at four (4) feet above grade prior to the commencement of any construction, addition or improvement including repainting of a home's exterior.

Policies, Procedures and Guidelines

The ASC Policies and Procedures, Architectural Guidelines and Landscape Guidelines can be downloaded from this page (see below) for the convenience of Wexford owners, contractors and designers.
